How quickly will I receive a quote?
Most enquiries receive a same-day reply with practical pricing. Complex scopes, such as full fastening systems or project packages with freight to remote sites, may take longer while we confirm details with you.
What if I don't know my rail profile or clip type?
Describe the application and include measurements or photos if you can. Rail profiles can be identified from head width, height, foot width and mass per metre, and clips from the rail they hold and the fixing type. Our team identifies obsolete and imperial profiles regularly, including legacy sections like 60lb rail.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order applies. We regularly quote single lengths, small clip orders and urgent requirements, even at short notice.
Does the quote include freight?
Yes, when you provide a delivery location we quote supply with freight to your site. Delivery is available Australia-wide by road or rail from Brisbane and Cairns stock.
Can you quote supply and installation?
Yes. Alongside supply, we can price installation for crane rail projects through our installation partners. Include the site details and scope in your enquiry and we'll quote a complete package.
Who will I deal with?
