Block Rail Crane Rail​

Our Block Rail, sometimes known as guide rail and linear rail, combine precision guidance with the structural integrity demanded by automation, robotics, gantries, overhead cranes and material handling. We supply globally recognised rail profiles and steel grades depending on the project requirements.

Runway Systems

Standard profile fishplates (4-hole and 6-hole) for all rail sizes and junction fishplates for joining differing size rails.

Transition fishplates: customised plates manufacture to transition from one size of rail to another e.g. 47Kg to 50Kg.

Soleplates to provide rails with a flat and smooth resting surface. They ensure proper alignment and stability for the rail systems.

Whether you need short sections for repairs or full-length rails for new builds, our team can supply crane rail cut to size and ready for installation. We also offer beveling and end preparation services to meet specific engineering standards.
