Weldable & Interlocking Adjustable
This series of crane rail clips features a two-part, welded and adjustable design. Each clip comprises a replaceable clip top and a lower weldable forged steel base that interlock, slide, and tighten together.
The clips are designed and perform as friction connections and therefore must be carefully tightened to the prescribed torque.
Unlike other rail clips on the market, our clip tops feature a modular design that allows for easy replacement of the rubber pressure block without needing to replace the entire clip top assembly.
M165 Crane Rail Clip
The clip top incorporates a vulcanized synthetic pressure block for secure rail retention and load absorption. Installation is straightforward, using a standard hex bolt and nut.
The M165 rail clip is typically used on the largest rails with the highest loading conditions.
