The rail is manufactured by ArcelorMittal with a 102mm head width, a 102mm height and a 165mm foot width, and has a calculated mass of 85.5 kg per metre. It is produced from a high-strength grade with a minimum tensile strength of 1080 N/mm², a minimum yield point of 640 N/mm² and a minimum hardness of 320 HB, giving strong wear performance under high wheel loads. Standard supply length is 12 metres, with cut-to-length available prior to dispatch. Matched fastening systems can be supplied to suit the profile and substructure.
